Nephrotic Syndrome Tracker is a local-first personal health diary for people and families managing nephrotic syndrome. Record urine protein, weight, medications, swelling, symptoms, and relapse or remission status on your phone. When it is time for a clinic visit, open Visit Mode for a clear summary or generate a PDF report to share. Health entries stay in on-device SQLite. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no ads or behavioral analytics. Swizzle Works does not receive your diary. This is a consumer tracking and reporting tool, not a diagnostic system, treatment advisor, remote monitoring service, or electronic medical record. Coming soon on iOS and Android.
