Record urine protein, weight, medications, swelling, symptoms, and relapse or remission status on your phone. Open Visit Mode for a clinic summary, or generate a PDF to share. Health entries stay in on-device SQLite. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no ads. This is a consumer tracking tool, not a diagnostic system. It is free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

Nephrotic syndrome tracking often lives in paper logs, photos of dipsticks, and a few notes in a generic health app. That scatter is hard to bring to a follow-up. This app keeps the daily markers in one place on the phone you already carry.
A guided check-in covers urine protein, weight, swelling, symptoms, and notes, and it works offline. Medications can be logged as active, as-needed, or past, with schedules the family enters from their care team. Relapse or remission status is recorded as the family enters it. The app does not decide that status for them.
Visit Mode is for the appointment, not for a dashboard habit. Open a summary in the room, or export a PDF or CSV when you choose to share. Encrypted backups and an optional biometric lock stay on the device. Files leave the phone only through the share sheet the person taps.
Swizzle Works is not building a clinician EMR, a remote monitoring feed, or a treatment advisor. Pediatric Blood Pressure and Height Predictor already exist as clinical reference apps. This one is for patients and caregivers who want a private diary they control.
