This policy describes how the studio marketing website at https://swizzleworks.com may handle information. It does not automatically cover third-party app stores, separate product domains, or independently deployed applications.

• Standard technical logs that hosting providers may collect (such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata) as part of operating the site.
• Optional analytics events if analytics is enabled (see below). Analytics should avoid personally identifiable information.

The initial release is designed to work without a marketing cookie banner when no tracking cookies are used. If TelemetryDeck or another analytics provider is configured, review that provider's documentation and update this section before launch.

Current analytics configuration: No analytics provider credentials are configured; the site uses a no-op analytics adapter.
