Scope

This policy describes how the studio marketing website at https://swizzleworks.com may handle information. It does not automatically cover third-party app stores, separate product domains, or independently deployed applications. Google Ads, Search Console, and Google Analytics access is described in the Google user data policy.

Information we may collect

• Information you choose to send by email when you contact us.
• Standard technical logs that hosting providers may collect (such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata) as part of operating the site.
• Aggregated page views collected by Vercel Web Analytics. Analytics should avoid personally identifiable information.
• If you join early access for an experiment on a /try page: your email address, which experiment and plan you picked, campaign tags from the link you arrived on, and an optional answer about what you would use it for. We use this only to contact you about that experiment.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregated page views. It is designed to work without marketing cookies. We do not send personally identifiable information in analytics events. If TelemetryDeck is also configured, that provider's documentation applies as well.

Current analytics configuration: Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for page views.

The AI thinking experiments under /try (brainstorming, workshop, and decision demos) also send product analytics to PostHog through our own server. To count visits and sessions, they store a random visitor ID and session ID in your browser's local storage. Events describe how the page is used, such as demo steps completed and pricing buttons clicked. What you type into a demo stays in your browser, and your email address is never included in analytics events.

External links

Product pages may link to App Store listings, Google Play, external web apps, or other domains. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have sent us, email Swizzleworks@gmail.com. Additional rights may apply depending on your location. Confirm jurisdiction-specific language with counsel before launch.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when updates are published.
