Nephrotic Syndrome Tracker is a local-first diary on iPhone and iPad. You log urine protein, weight, medications, swelling, symptoms, and status on the device. The diary sits in on-device SQLite. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no ads. Swizzle Works does not receive your entries.

When a clinic visit is coming up, open Visit Mode for a clear summary of recent check-ins. If you want something to hand over, generate a PDF or CSV and share it yourself through the system share sheet. Exports leave the phone only when you choose.

This is a consumer tracking and reporting tool. It is not a diagnostic system, treatment advisor, remote monitoring service, or electronic medical record. Follow your care team's instructions. Use the app to remember what happened between visits, not to replace clinical judgment.
