Bayley-Pinneau height for clinicians

Growth clinic still leans on Bayley-Pinneau tables. Mid-visit, hunting the right sex and tempo page while a family waits wastes attention you need for counseling.

Height Predictor is a small iOS app for that lookup. You choose boy or girl, pick advanced, average, or delayed tempo, enter current height and bone age, then read predicted adult height. The tables live on the device.

It assumes you already have a scored bone age. It does not read the hand film, invent mid-parental target height, or diagnose a growth disorder. Bad bone age in, fancy adult height out, still wrong.

We split the written guides on purpose. The calculator page is the input flow. The bone-age page is why skeletal age and tempo matter. Both sit in the pediatric medicine hub next to Pediatric Blood Pressure.
