Nephrotic syndrome tracking app
How Nephrotic Syndrome Tracker keeps a private on-device diary for urine protein, weight, meds, and clinic visit summaries.
What you log at home
Open a check-in when the dipstick, scale, swelling, or symptoms change. Record urine protein, weight, medications, swelling, notes, and whether the day looks like relapse or remission from your care team's framing.
The guided flow works offline. You are not waiting on a sync spinner before you can write something down.
What you bring to clinic
Visit Mode shows a clear summary of recent entries. If you want a handout, generate a PDF or CSV and share it through the system share sheet. Nothing uploads itself.
That handoff is the point. Your nephrologist should see the history you actually recorded, not a reconstruction from memory in the waiting room.
Privacy posture
Diary data stays in on-device SQLite. There are no accounts, no Swizzle Works health backend, and no ads. Optional biometric lock and encrypted backups stay under your control.
This page describes the app. It is not medical advice. The tracker does not diagnose relapse, recommend doses, or replace your care team.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a web or Android version?
Not today. The live tool is the free iOS app for iPhone and iPad. Check the product page for current platforms.
Does the app tell me if I am in relapse?
No. It records what you enter and can surface patterns from rules you save. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with your care team.
Who can see my diary?
Swizzle Works cannot. Files leave the device only when you export or share them. After that, the destination app's policies apply.
Is this an electronic medical record?
No. It is a personal diary and visit reporting tool. It does not connect to hospital systems.
