Toybox Champions is a collectible card battler. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
This page applies to the Toybox Champions app and web game from Swizzle Works.
Who this is for
Toybox Champions is a game about toys, but it is not directed at children under 13. Cartoon combat and online play are aimed at older kids, teens, and adults. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
Account and progress
The app starts with an anonymous sign-in so your toys, decks, marbles, chests, and Apprentice Track can sync. You may optionally link an email to restore that progress on another device. We store that email, an account id, a device id, and your game data (collection, decks, wallet, quests, and match records needed to run play).
Online play
If you join a PvP queue, we use your account id to pair you, keep the match in sync, and record the result. Opponents see a display name, not your email.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the game is played — screens opened, buttons tapped, match outcomes, and similar events. This is product analytics, not advertising tracking. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not run cross-app ads.
Services that process data
Game accounts and saved progress are hosted on Supabase. Analytics events are sent to PostHog. Apple receives the information required to distribute the iOS app. These providers process data only to run those services.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or Face ID. There are no in-app purchases and no third-party ads in this version.
How long we keep it
We keep account and progress data until you delete the account or it is no longer needed to run the game. Analytics events are kept only as long as they help us improve the game.
Your choices
You can delete your account and its game data from Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. That removes your email link, toys, decks, progression, and related records, then signs this device out. For other privacy questions, email us or use the Toybox Champions support page.
