Email us and include your device type plus a short description of what happened. We read every message.

Open Settings and tap Save Your Progress (or Manage Account). We email a one-time code. Do not tap links in that email; type the numbers in the app.

Open Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your email link, toys, decks, and progression from our servers.
