Concessions
Baseball concession stand schedule
Cover the stand before first pitch, during the game, and after the last out.
This is not a full team volunteer grid. It is a concession-only plan for home baseball games, with three shifts and a headcount on each.
The stand has people in each window. Scorekeeping and field work stay off this list.
Step 1 of 5: Games
Add home games
Concession coverage is usually for home games. The venue field starts on home.
Add your first game
Type one game or paste a list. Every row you paste stays visible if we cannot read it.
One game per line, like April 4 | Tigers | 6:00 PM
How it works
1
Add home games
Concession coverage is for games you host. Away dates can stay off the list.
2
Add families
Pre-game, game, and post-game shifts are already named. Change the headcount if your stand is smaller.
3
Generate the stand schedule
Each home game gets three concession windows. Edit a shift, then share the link.
Concession coverage is a shift problem
A generic baseball page mixes the stand with scorekeeping and field work. Parents looking for a concession schedule need windows, not a five-job grid.
Home games need a crew before the gates open, a larger crew while food is selling, and a smaller crew to close. Away games usually do not.
Set how many people you need in each window. The generator spreads those shifts across families for the home slate.
Example
Home games only. The middle window needs three people. Open and close need two.
| Home game | Pre-game (2) | Game (3) | Post-game (2) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sat 10:00 vs North | Abel, Cho | Dunn, Ellis, Frost | Grant, Hale |
| Sat 1:00 vs East | Dunn, Ellis | Frost, Grant, Hale | Abel, Cho |
| Wed 5:30 vs Lake | Frost, Grant | Hale, Abel, Cho | Dunn, Ellis |
Questions
This is a try page, not a catalog product. Generate a draft in the browser, then save and share a group link.
How is this different from the baseball volunteer page?
That page schedules concessions plus scorekeeping, field work, and snacks. This page only covers concession shifts on home games.
What shifts are included?
Pre-game concessions, game concessions, and post-game concessions. You can change how many people each window needs.
Do I need away games?
Usually no. The venue field starts on home. Add an away game only if that site still needs your stand.
Can two families share a busy window?
Yes. Raise the people count on the game shift. The generator fills that many slots.
Can families swap a concession shift?
Yes. After you save and share, a family can request a swap. Another family can take the window. There is no chat thread.
