Snacks
Team snack rotation
Games plus families. One snack bag per game. That is the whole tool.
If you only need a snack rotation, a full volunteer wizard is noise. This page hides concession and scorekeeping jobs.
Each game has a family on snacks. Nobody is asked to work the stand or keep the book.
Step 1 of 4: Games
Add games for the snack rotation
Each game needs one family on snacks. Concession and scorekeeping stay off this page.
Add your first game
Type one game or paste a list. Every row you paste stays visible if we cannot read it.
One game per line, like April 4 | Tigers | 6:00 PM
How it works
1
Add games
Type or paste the season. Each game needs one snack assignment.
2
Add families
No job list to edit. The only responsibility is team snacks.
3
Generate the rotation
The tool spreads snack duty. Change a game if a family is traveling, then share.
A snack list is a rotation, not a job board
Most teams need one household to bring snacks after each game. Adding scorekeeping or concessions here would send the wrong people through the wrong form.
Paste the season and the family names. The generator walks the list so the same household is not on snacks two games in a row when it can be avoided.
Works for baseball, soccer, basketball, or any team that still does a snack bag. The sport picker stays off this page.
Example
One family per game. The same household does not appear on back-to-back dates in this sample.
| Game | Snacks |
|---|---|
| Sat 9:00 vs Ridge | Okoye |
| Sat 11:00 vs Glen | Perez |
| Thu 6:00 vs Hill | Quinn |
| Sat 10:00 vs Vale | Okoye |
Questions
This is a try page, not a catalog product. Generate a draft in the browser, then save and share a group link.
Why is there no concession or scorekeeping step?
This page is only a snack rotation. Use the baseball volunteer page or the generic generator if you need those jobs.
Can I use this for soccer or basketball snacks?
Yes. The page does not lock a sport. Add the games you have and the families who bring snacks.
What if two families want to share a game?
Generate first, then edit that game before you share. You can also raise the people count later on the generic tool.
Can a family skip a tournament weekend?
Yes. Mark the dates they cannot bring snacks. The generator assigns someone else.
Do parents need accounts?
Not to start. Save the rotation and share a link when you want other families to see it.
