Swim meets need a crew, not a single volunteer
Lane timing is a count problem. This page starts with six timers and two lane timers so the generator fills a deck instead of a single slot.
Clerk, hospitality, and concessions run at the same time as the watches. Families who cannot sit for three hours can take setup or cleanup.
Add each meet as an event. If a household cannot work a championship Saturday, mark that date before you generate.

Why is the URL swim-meet and not swim-volunteer?
The job is meet coverage: timers, clerk, hospitality, and a stand. That is different from a weekly practice snack list.
How many timers start loaded?
Six timers and two lane timers, plus clerk, hospitality, concessions, setup, and cleanup. Change any headcount before you generate.
Can I schedule more than one meet?
Yes. Add the whole slate. The generator spreads the heavy seats across families.
What if we only need timers?
Remove the other jobs on the jobs step, or set their people count if you still want a light hospitality crew.
Do parents need accounts?
Not to start. Save the meet plan and share a link when the deck list is ready.
