About Toybox Champions
One sentence
Toybox Champions is a bedroom-floor card battler where plushies and toys duel after the lights go out.
One paragraph
Toybox Champions is a collectible card battler from Swizzle Works. You pick a toy type, play cards, summon toys onto a bedroom floor, and reduce the enemy hero to zero health. The web game is free at toybox.swizzleworks.com. There are no ads and no in-app purchases in this version. Native iOS and Android apps are coming. The game is about toys, but it is not directed at children under 13. Cartoon combat and online play are aimed at older kids, teens, and adults.
The full story
Most digital card battlers dress the board in dark fantasy. Toybox Champions keeps the same clear loop (play a card, spend Imagination, attack) and moves it onto a bedroom floor. The roster is Baby Toys, Action Figures, Transportation Toys, Plushies, and Building Blocks.
A first session is a short scripted match, then an AI duel. You can open Toy Chests, tinker with decks, and later queue for player vs player. An empty PvP queue is a bad first session, so press coverage should send people to the tutorial and a practice duel.
Play free in the browser now. iOS and Android are on the way. Optional email restore syncs toys, decks, and progress. There is no subscription in this version.
