Bone Age Height Predictor is an iOS reference tool for pediatric clinicians and trainees. When radiology returns a scored bone age, the app takes four inputs: sex, growth tempo, current height in inches, and the bone age in years. It looks up the predicted adult height in digitized Bayley-Pinneau tables that ship inside the app, so the core calculation works without a network connection. It does not score X-rays and it is not a parent-facing height oracle. It costs $2.99 on the App Store and runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18.6 or later.

Bayley-Pinneau prediction is a table lookup, and in clinic the table is usually a photocopy in a drawer or a bookmark that needs a signal. Bone Age Height Predictor puts the tables on the phone. Pick boy or girl, pick advanced, average, or delayed skeletal tempo, enter the current height in inches and the bone age in years, and the app returns the predicted adult height before the family leaves the room.
The app assumes the bone age is already scored. It does not read films, does not implement Greulich and Pyle or TW3 scoring, and does not diagnose. It also is not mid-parental target height, which starts from parental heights instead of skeletal maturity. The result is an approximation from published tables, and the app says so plainly.
Supported ranges follow the underlying tables: roughly 7 to 17 years of bone age for advanced tempo, early childhood through maturity for average, and 6 to 13 or 6 to 17 for delayed, depending on sex. Device-based volume purchasing through Apple Business Manager is enabled for clinics and residency programs.
Swizzle Works is a one-person studio run by Edwin Uber. The App Store lists the seller as Arthur Uber; both names refer to the same studio. Height Predictor sits alongside Pediatric Blood Pressure as the studio's clinician reference tools on iOS.
